On August 5th, 2006, Dominic Mercurio and friends cooked at John Madden’s Hall of Fame induction ceremony (private party). Over 1.500 lbs of meat were prepared (for 400 of his friends) on custom BBQ pits. These BBQs traveled across country to cook the meat, done to perfection. John rated it as one of the best parties in the world (okay. maybe he’s biased).
